Dr. Keller was very patient and heard my concerns and explained his diagnosis and advised me on next steps.

Dr. Keller took care of me. Dr. Keller is a compassionate dr. he always listens to my concerns.
Dr Keller explained options including Paxlovid which I received when I had covid in 2022. He gave me his recommendation and the reasons for it. Once he did this I agreed with his recommendation. I am thankful for his information

Dr. Keller always takes time to clearly explain everything to me. He also takes the time to answer my questions. I never feel like I'm being rushed.

He speaks over you and makes assumptions and I didn't feel heard I just felt generalized and he made me feel like my issue was no big deal at all.. It was rude.

Well strategy to access my health care needs
I have been coming to St. E Covington for 30 years.
Reviewed lab work, heart rate, temperature, Etc.
He seemed appalled that I would mention exploring any possible comorbidities for a diagnosis I received from a specialist. I got the gist that he thought I was just wasting his time when I had a genuine concern about a debilitating illness that I wanted to see if there was another answer for. Normally this isn't the case with him, but this was a little out of line.
